Premier Properties has expanded its network with the opening of a new branch in Auchterarder.
The new office marks the latest stage in the Perthshire estate and lettings agency’s growth and will be managed by Laura Harris, who has worked for the company for more than 14 years.
Directors Alan Keddie and Katie Hall said the new office strengthens the firm’s presence in Perthshire and provides a base from which to serve customers across Auchterarder and the wider Strathearn area.
The pair said in a joint statement: “We’ve been based in Perth for 17 years and have been looking for the right opportunity to expand our presence into another part of Perthshire. Auchterarder has been on our radar for some time.
“It has a thriving property market, from family homes to premium properties, and a strong sense of community, making it a very attractive place to live. As a business that values local relationships, it’s exactly the sort of town where we wanted to establish a presence, allowing us to work more closely with local people and deliver the personal service we’re known for.

With Gleneagles on the doorstep and excellent transport links, it attracts a wide range of buyers and investors and provides an excellent base for expanding our reach across the wider Strathearn area.
