How can fall-throughs be prevented? Join tomorrow’s great debate

Estate agents are invited to take part in a live webinar debate tomorrow (Thursday).

In the Rightmove studio, the discussion will be about fall-throughs and how to get more sales over the line.

Representing agents will be Nick Kier, director of Lane & Holmes, who has 40 years of experience in the industry.

Representing conveyancers will be Peter Ambrose, director of the Partnership Group.

The aim is to find out what the warning signs are, how to spot them, and what you can do to try and minimise fall-throughs.

You can tune in and take part in the debate live tomorrow at 9.30am.

    It’s really simple.

    1. Stop agents agreeing a deal without checking the basics.

    2. When agreeing leasehold sales agents to be honest and up front of length of lease and maintenance.

    3. Solicitors need to be more proactive.

Will not stop it a hundred percent but will reduce it by a large margin.

    Simple answer…

    …you can’t.

Agents have more control over the tides than they do of people’s minds and emotions.

You can only do so much… and thinking otherwise isn’t going to lead to anything other than disappointment.
