CJ Hole has opened a new office in Burnham-on-Sea, taking franchise owner Chris Hill’s network to 12 branches across the South West.
The office replaces the agency’s previous premises in the town and provides a new base for its local team.
Hill has been part of the CJ Hole network for more than 30 years and now operates offices across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
The Burnham-on-Sea branch will continue to offer residential sales, lettings and property management services, with the relocation forming part of the group’s ongoing investment in the local market.
