Football league club agrees partnership with self-employed estate agent

Tranmere Rovers Football Club has agreed a new partnership with local estate agent, Liam Gretton.

The partnership will see advertisements of the estate agent’s eXp UK business around Prenton Park for the remainder of the 2022/23 season and upcoming season.

Gretton commented: “We’re not looking to change the world, we just think that things can be done better, much better. Ultimately people are trusting us with their most important asset after their families, their Wirral home.

“When we launched our business it was simple, and remains so today, which is to provide a first-class personal service and give the people we work alongside the peace of mind that their interests and home move is at the heart of everything we do.”

Reflecting on why he wanted to partner with the football club, Gretton added: “Tranmere are a local club and close to where I grew up so it has a lot of sentimental value. There are families on the Wirral who, for generations, have come to watch Rovers play and it has become an anchor point of the local community.

“Since partnering with Tranmere, I’ve built up relationships with people internally and externally who are very easy to work with and they reciprocate business and values.

“Tranmere Rovers is a club where we can help make a difference, we feel valued and we value our partnership with the club.

“Tranmere have a long standing history of giving back to the local community through a variety of projects and we want to do our part by becoming a champion in the community too, putting principle before profit, and helping those moving home to fall in love with Tranmere Rovers and the Wirral way of life.

“Whenever we are instructed to represent the SWA family, we will commit to making a donation from our selling or buying fee to Nate’s Tickets.

“Let our family help your family and the SWA family move!

“Seize the Initiative.”
