Football club announces partnership with 137-year-old estate agency

Cambridge United has announced an official estate agency partnership with Hockeys.

Hockeys, established in Cambridge in 1885 by William T. Hockey, will stand as the club’s official estate agency partner for the 2022/23 season.

The Cambridge-based estate agency has been selling homes in the city and surrounding areas for more than 130 years.

Jeremy Trott, Hockeys director, said: “As keen supporters of Cambridge United and regular attendees of the Newmarket Road terrace, the team at Hockeys wanted to be more involved with the club for both personal and commercial reasons. To be attributed as Cambridge United’s official estate agency partner is something we are all incredibly proud of.

“As a thank you to the club and its supporters, we will be offering a 10% discount on our standard selling fee to all of the club’s season ticket holders and employees.”

Neil Rowe, head of commercial at Cambridge Utd, added: “The firm [Hockeys] has been offering a great service to residents in our city for over 136 years and have established themselves as a true Cambridge brand. I look forward to working with the team and promoting their services to our supporters”
