Farrell Heyworth signs up to Zoopla

Farrell Heyworth has opted to re-join Zoopla, adding more than 2,000 properties from its seven branch hubs to the portal.

The news that Farrell Heyworth has decided to rejoin Zoopla comes after the portal reported branch numbers were at a three-year high with over 18,000 branches and new home sites choosing to partner with the portal.

Farrell Heyworth last week also agreed to become a Boomin founder agency, as part of a fresh marketing strategy to help the company grow in 2021.

Jeremy Collins, group director at Farrell Heyworth, said: “This year we have made a lot of changes at Farrell Heyworth consolidating the Farrell Heyworth branch network into Hub branches or Super Branches whilst still operating in all of our North West markets.

“Returning to Zoopla will help support our super branch proposition, offering vendor’s and landlord’s properties the widest possible exposure to the market. 2021 will be our 30th year helping clients move & find a new home in the North West, our theme for the new year is ‘Let’s make 2021 the best year ever’, re-joining Zoopla is part of that ambition”

By returning to Zoopla, Farrell Heyworth will be in prime position to capitalise on the busiest property market in the run up to Christmas for over a decade, according to Andy Marshall, Zoopla’s chief commercial officer.

He commented: “Farrell Heyworth are one of the leading agents in the North West of England and their teams are renowned for their knowledge of the local market and willingness to go the extra mile for homemovers. We’ve delighted that they’ve chosen to again partner with Zoopla, recognising that our goals of driving more leads and providing even better service are aligned with theirs.

“It’s become increasingly clear that Zoopla is becoming the portal of choice for agents across the UK. The market is enjoying the busiest Christmas in a decade and we are confident that this will continue into 2021, providing a real opportunity for agents to grow their business during this exciting time.”
