Estate agent inundated with calls after £1m property mistakenly listed for £1

A central London property listed for sale for just £1 has unsurprisingly attracted a lot of attention from prospective buyers – and the media.

Robert Irving Burns was swamped with calls and enquiries for the property valued at £1m, following the listing.

But hopeful purchasers were left disappointment when they were told there was an error with a third party which had adversely affected the listing.

The office space, located near Euston Station in London, is set to be sold under the hammer later this month, with an auction guide price of £950,000 on all websites besides Rightmove, who have it down for £1.

An employee at Robert Irving told the press: “This has been a mistake by a third party. We’ve had quite a lot of interest! We’re trying to get it changed.”
