Property management firm Centrick has been appointed to Crest Nicholson’s managing agent competency framework, making it eligible to tender for work across the housebuilder’s residential portfolio.
The appointment covers both upcoming and established developments across Crest Nicholson’s regional divisions, with opportunities ranging from early occupation through to longer-term community management.
It follows an assessment of Centrick’s operations, processes and capabilities.
Crest Nicholson described the business as a “capable and credible managing agent”, highlighting its structured processes, specialist support functions and investment in staff development through Centrick Academy.
Phil Johns, managing director at Centrick, said: “Being appointed to Crest Nicholson’s managing agent competency framework is a significant milestone for Centrick.
“Throughout the process, we had the opportunity to demonstrate the standards, operational capability and customer focus that underpin our approach to estate management.
“We look forward to working with Crest Nicholson’s regional teams to help create well-managed communities that deliver long-term value for developers, homeowners and residents alike.”
