Four estate agency specialists have joined forces to launch a new one-day training event for agency owners and managers.
The Faculty takes place at Fawsley Hall in Northamptonshire on Wednesday 14 October.
The event focuses on four areas of agency management: leadership, marketing, customer experience and operations.
Jo Bourne will cover leadership, while Simon Leadbetter will focus on brand and marketing. Clare Yates will tackle customer experience, with Danielle Nash covering operations.
Rather than running separate sessions, the specialists will cover all four topics throughout the day. The organisers say this reflects how challenges across different parts of an agency often overlap.
The organisers have capped attendance at 50 agency owners and managers. The event will have no exhibition stands or supplier presentations.
Tickets cost £99 + VAT, including lunch and refreshments, with sponsorship from The Auction Group.
Simon Leadbetter, founder of We Are Unchained, said: “Problems in an agency rarely belong to one department.

“A fall in instructions might be a marketing issue, a service issue or a people issue, and it’s usually some of each.
“On marketing specifically, most agencies do plenty of it, but few are clear about what wins business.”
Jo Bourne said: “A business can have a good strategy and still fail to deliver it if its people aren’t clear where it’s heading or what’s expected of them.”
Clare Yates commented: “Customers don’t see your departments. They see a phone call, a viewing, or an update that arrives on time or doesn’t.”
Danielle Nash added: “Growth has a habit of exposing how a business really runs. Processes that were merely irritating with ten people can become expensive with twenty.”
