The search for the UK’s best property industry suppliers is officially underway, as voting opens for this year’s Best EA Supplier Awards.
The Best EA Supplier Awards form part of EA Masters 2026, taking place on 3 November at Evolution London.
The awards give estate agents from across the UK the opportunity to recognise the suppliers that have made the biggest difference to their businesses by rating them on a scale of one to 10.
Winners will be announced across three size categories: Small, Medium and Large, with Gold, Silver and Bronze awards presented in each. The Gold winner from each category will then go head-to-head for the overall title of Best EA Supplier of the Year.
With hundreds of suppliers supporting estate agents across the UK, every business has the opportunity to be recognised based on the experiences and feedback of its customers.
Last year, Street Group was crowned the overall winner and Best Large Supplier, while Dawsons Training and Home Box move took Gold in the Medium and Small Supplier categories respectively.

The highest-performing suppliers will be recognised through the EA Masters ratings system, with the top 10% awarded Excellent, and the top 5% earning the prestigious Exceptional rating.
By taking part in the survey, estate agents not only help celebrate the suppliers delivering outstanding service but also contribute to an independent benchmark that helps the industry make more informed purchasing decisions.
