The search for the UK’s best property industry suppliers is underway, with voting now open for this year’s Best EA Supplier Awards.
The awards form part of EA Masters 2026, which takes place on 3 November at Evolution London.
Estate agents across the UK can rate suppliers on a scale of one to 10. The awards aim to recognise businesses that have made the biggest difference to their customers.
Organisers will divide winners into Small, Medium and Large categories. Each category will feature Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.
The three Gold winners will then compete for the overall Best EA Supplier of the Year title.
Hundreds of businesses provide products and services to UK estate agents. Customer ratings and feedback will determine which suppliers receive recognition.
Last year, Street Group took the overall title and won Best Large Supplier. Dawsons Training secured Gold in the Medium category, while Home Box move topped the Small Supplier category.

The EA Masters ratings system will also recognise the highest-performing suppliers. The top 10% will receive an Excellent rating, while the top 5% will earn an Exceptional rating.
Organisers say the survey also provides an independent benchmark for the industry. Agents can use the results to help inform purchasing decisions.
