Director at parent company of Guild, Fine & Country and easyProperty quits after a year

Simon King has left his senior role at eProp – parent company of the Guild of Property Professionals, Fine & Country and easyProperty – after just one year.

He had been group development director since last January, according to his LinkedIn profile.

He has now been appointed group operations director of recruitment company Rayner Group’s property, construction and finance divisions.

King was managing director of agency at Move with Us for almost 15 years before going to eProp.

King said of his latest role: “Joining the Rayner Group is a unique opportunity to work with successful, passionate, vibrant and entrepreneurial people within a fast-paced business.

“They believe that exceptional businesses are about exceptional people; their ability, their ambition, drive and desire.”

Rayner Group is growing both organically and regionally through franchising.

Founder Josh Rayner said: “I’m thrilled to welcome an outstanding industry professional such as Simon to our senior team.

“We are excited about the expertise and inspirational strategic direction Simon brings to the business.”

“Strengthening our senior team is a fundamental part of our wider strategy.”
