Estate agents will gather in London on 3 November for this year’s EA Masters. Organisers say they have already sold more than 60% of available places.

Evolution London will host the event, which combines an industry conference and exhibition with the Best Estate Agency Guide Awards 2026/27.

More than 50 exhibitors will attend, alongside speakers from the UK and overseas property markets.

Organisers will present the awards during the evening before publishing the Best Estate Agency Guide results on 4 November.

Agencies compete across UK market

Organisers say the Best Estate Agency Guide differs from awards that rely on entries or smaller samples. Instead, the assessment uses market-wide performance data.

The process compares every estate agency brand with competitors operating in its local market. It considers whether properties sell or let, transaction times, fall-throughs, achieved prices and service.

Twenty Convey carried out the analysis using UK property transaction data licensed from the Land Registry. Organisers say it covers 99.6% of UK sales and lettings listings.

Around 10% of the estate agents assessed will receive an award. Approximately 5% achieve an ‘exceptional’ grading and Gold status. A further 5% rank as ‘excellent’.

Organisers have already determined the winners but will not reveal the results until after the event.

They will also announce the Best Conveyancer Awards during the evening.

Event open to all agencies

Agencies do not need to have won an award to attend.

Conference and exhibition tickets cost £165 plus VAT per person. Full-day tickets, including the awards ceremony, cost £450 plus VAT. A table of 10 costs £3,600.

Registration opens at 8am and the event finishes at 10pm.

Award winners receive a certificate and plaque. Organisers will also name winners across different agency size categories before announcing the overall Estate Agency of the Year.

Agencies can subsequently buy a licence to use their award status in marketing. Licence fees vary according to company banding.
