Connells Group has acquired Crofts Estate Agents, extending its presence into North East Lincolnshire.

Crofts, which has operated for more than 20 years, is headquartered in Cleethorpes, with additional branches in Louth and Immingham. The acquisition adds three offices to Connells Group’s network and increases its coverage in a region where it previously had limited presence.

The business includes both sales and lettings operations, with a managed portfolio of around 700 rental properties.

Following the acquisition, the Crofts team will remain in place as part of the wider Connells Group structure.
