Knight Frank appoints head of brand and client experience

Knight Frank has appointed Rebecca Wilson as head of brand, content and experiences.

Wilson, who is currently the firm’s head of marketing for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, will relocate to Knight Frank’s London headquarters at 55 Baker Street in September.

In her new role, she will oversee the firm’s brand, content and client experience strategy, with responsibility for delivering a more consistent approach across its global business.

Wilson has more than 20 years’ experience in brand strategy, marketing and client engagement, having worked across the property, financial services, hospitality, government and consumer sectors.

Before joining Knight Frank, she held roles working on brand and marketing programmes for organisations including DP World, the European Tour, Jumeirah, Marriott, Siemens, Dubai Airports and ADGM.

Belgarum promotes two senior team members

Belgarum Estate Agents, an independent estate agency based in Winchester, has promoted two members of staff as part of its ongoing investment in developing talent within the business.

Charlotte Diaper, commonly known as Lottie, has been appointed accounts nanager, where she will oversee the financial operations supporting the agency’s sales and lettings departments.

Carolyn Morton has been promoted to pre-tenancy manager, taking responsibility for managing the process from an agreed tenancy through to move-in for landlords and tenants.

Commenting on the promotions, managing director John Leeson said both employees had consistently demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to customer service.
