Chestertons appoints new Central London lettings regional director

Chestertons has promoted Andrew Chrysanthou to regional director of Central London lettings after more than nine years with the estate agency.

Andrew Chrysanthou

Chrysanthou, who previously worked in the firm’s Knightsbridge lettings business, will oversee teams across central London, focusing on landlord relationships and business development.

Chrysanthou has more than 15 years of experience in lettings, having started his property career as a negotiator in 2009.

Before joining Chestertons, he held branch management roles at Cluttons and Barnard Marcus, covering Clapham, Fulham and Earl’s Court.

Chrysanthou said: “After nine years with Chestertons, I’m delighted to take on this wider role. Central London is a varied market, and landlords and tenants value clear advice from people who know their neighbourhoods.

“With tenant demand and move-ins increasing, I’m looking forward to working with our teams across the region and helping them build on their local expertise.”

Katinka Hill, head of lettings at Chestertons, commented: “Andrew has been instrumental in the success of our Knightsbridge lettings business. He combines an in-depth knowledge of the Central London market with clear leadership and a genuine understanding of what our clients need.”

Moveli hires former Hamptons business development head to boost instructions

Tristan Redburn

Moveli has appointed former Hamptons business development head Tristan Redburn to lead a new department focused on generating instructions for its self-employed agents.

The estate agency network, which recently passed 100 brokers, has launched a dedicated new business department to increase lead generation and prospecting activity.

Redburn joins after more than eight years at Hamptons, where he led a business development operation that generated £12m in revenue for the wider network.

Moveli says it currently generates and distributes more than 100 seller leads each month.

The new department will seek to increase that figure through targeted prospecting and closer use of brokers’ existing client databases.

It will also reconnect with former clients, applicants and valuation prospects to identify potential sellers.

Brokers can choose whether to use the service and will retain control of their client relationships.

Moveli also plans to integrate more of its lead generation activity into its Moveli OS platform, using automation, data integration and AI.

Ben Littlewood, co-founder of Moveli, said: “We believe self-employed agents should enjoy the freedom of running their own businesses, backed by the strength of a national network that actively helps them grow.

“We already generate over 100 seller leads a month, and this new department will help us deliver even more opportunities and instructions for our brokers.”

He added: “Combined with continued investment in Moveli OS and its AI capabilities, our ambition is to help brokers generate more business, more efficiently, while retaining their independence and high commission levels.”
