Moveli has more than tripled its broker network in two years, taking the number of self-employed agents past 100.
The brokerage says many recruits have left senior positions at traditional estate agencies to establish their own businesses.
Brothers Ben and Chris Littlewood founded Moveli in 2018. The business focuses on the upper end of residential markets across the UK.
Moveli says its brokers have more than 2,000 years of combined industry experience. The average broker has spent around 20 years in property.
The network has also sold almost £1bn worth of homes. Its average sale price stands at approximately £1.2m.
Senior agents make the switch
Moveli said many recruits previously worked as sales managers or directors at traditional high street agencies.
Its model allows agents to operate as self-employed brokers while using Moveli’s brand, technology and infrastructure.
The expansion comes as self-employed models compete with traditional agencies for experienced agents.
Ben Littlewood, co-founder and co-CEO, said: “Passing 100 brokers, each with an average of 20 years’ industry experience, is a significant milestone.
“Our brokers bring deep local knowledge, established relationships and experience across changing markets.”
He added: “They’ve spent years building businesses for others and are ready to build their own.”
AI investment continues
Moveli is also investing in its proprietary technology platform, Moveli OS.
The company is adding AI functionality to automate some administrative tasks. It also plans to use the technology across marketing and client management.
Co-founder and co-CEO Chris Littlewood said: “Technology is evolving rapidly.
“We’re building Moveli OS from the ground up, built with AI in mind.”
Moveli plans to continue recruiting across the UK. It is targeting experienced agents operating at the upper end of their local markets.
