The reason the business is for sale is due to family relocation which suggests that it works entirely locally.
So what do you get for £50,000? Well, included in the sale are the database, software, company vehicle and camera!
And before you say it, the Google search of online agents in Gwent doesn’t half turn up some interesting results.
