Chancellors agrees new partnership with Zoopla

Chancellors, one of the UK’s leading independent estate agents, has agreed to renew its contract with Zoopla until December 2026.

All 56 Chancellor’s branches, and the additional branches added to its network during the contract, will list on the property portal.

The partnership will have an increased focus on developing products and services to support Chancellors in achieving its strategic objectives given its unique technology platform and with in-house CRM allowing for flexible and innovative development of products and services across the group.

The renewal follows a 65% increase in lead volumes generated by Zoopla in comparison to 2020, while the average leads per available listing have increased by 60% over the same period.

The new agreement also follows the recent unveiling of Zoopla’s vision at the beginning of the year, as well as a series of innovations including the launch of My Home and partnerships that complement Zoopla’s ecosystem of products.

Robert Scott-Lee, managing director at Chancellors, said: “As a longstanding advertising partner of Zoopla’s we are delighted to extend our agreements with Zoopla and provide a platform for product, data and service development by harnessing their innovation and our own technology stack which has been developed in house.

“Throughout 2022 and beyond we look forward to leveraging this relationship to provide unique value to our customers, clients and teams as we push for market leading business levels across our network.”

Commenting on the extension, Zoopla’s Chief Commercial Officer Andy Marshall said: “With a heritage spanning over 200 years and extensive presence, we’re delighted that Chancellors has chosen to partner with Zoopla for another five years.

“Chancellors pride themselves in providing exceptional service to their customers and we’re looking forward to continuing to do the same for them as we enter this new chapter in our partnership.”
