Century 21 UK has become the first estate agency in this country to white-label the Moovshack property app, as part of its efforts to support its growing franchisee base.
The customer engagement app allows franchisees the opportunity to engage with customers from start to finish; from viewing property viewings and organising valuations to signing the documents to complete a sale.
Moovshack, which launched four years ago, seeks to streamline the property buying process and enhance the relationship between buyers, sellers and agents all through a single platform.
The app offers users instant messaging services, in-app scheduling for viewings or valuations and e-signatures, as well as a property portal where users can rate properties.
Century 21 UK has covered the costs of the white-labelled application for two years on behalf of franchisees.

Mick Silver’s Moovshack, a next generation property platform/App where the consumer and the agent and other stakeholders can do business together in one place, originated some years before the trend of UX for the consumer became trendy. Many other tech companies in 2021 are now ‘pivoting’ towards interactive ways to do business with the ‘digital native’ public. But, Moovshack already owns this space, and C21 in the UK have done extremely well to seize on this opportunity.
For the longest time agents have seen property portals as the display cabinet for their inventory, and their CRM’s as their toolkit. Moovshack realised that the public though, going on a portal only to see what they want to buy or rent and then having to jump off the site, hoping the agent engaged, is a broken process.
Moovshack is the modern solution, an App where you can view all the properties, whichever portal they are listed on, and stay in that space and directly transact things with agents, rather than hoping the agent picks up on the portal lead. And as you progress through the transaction Moovshack is where you go to see where you are on the route map, together with the other stakeholders. So Boomin launch a website without an App (it’s coming, apparently) and Moovshack launch an App without a website to help the people who use/prefer PC/Mac. Isn’t technology wonderful?

Good point Dick – but we had to start somewhere!
The beauty of an app is it lets you do so much more than a website, it lives on your customers device – and any agent can brand or white label it as their own.
Also, only serious home movers will download it – hopefully filtering out most of the millions of browsers that visit RM etc but never move (30M+ portal users in UK but around 4M actual ‘movers’).
Having said that, we are currently reversing most of our clever interactive ‘end-to-end’ tech into a property search website so we can cater for everyone, although only signed-in & identified users will be able to directly connect and message our agents.
