Online conveyancing firm opens headquarters and apprenticeship academy

An expanding online residential conveyancing firm has opened its new headquarters and apprenticeship academy in Wirral.

ProConveyancing’s academy aims to create 150 new conveyancing jobs over the next five years by offering apprenticeships to school leavers and other job seekers interested in developing a career in conveyancing and property law.

ProConveyancing, launched last year, says it wants to address the recruitment and retention challenges facing the conveyancing industry by investing in local job seekers to boost the number of professionals in the industry.

“We’re delighted to be expanding and setting up a physical base in Wirral” remarked Gary Roy Markham, managing director of ProConveyancing.

“This location gives us the ability to grow operations in the Wirral area, taking on many more employees and starting an apprenticeship scheme that will see scores of school leavers educated in property law in the next five years and beyond,” he added.
