Alto embeds AI analyst across estate agency platform

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson

Alto has launched Alto IQ, an AI analyst embedded within its CRM platform for estate and letting agents.

The tool allows users to ask questions in natural language and receive immediate answers based on data held within their Alto system, alongside explanations of the underlying trends.

Alto said the aim is to help agencies interpret existing data more quickly, rather than relying on manually built reports.

The system can be used across sales, lettings, applicant and property management data. Examples include identifying negotiators with higher fall-through rates, highlighting landlords with emerging arrears, and assessing which lead sources are generating completed income.

Alto IQ also flags anomalies and patterns within agency data as they emerge, without requiring users to run scheduled reports.

The feature is available immediately to Alto customers at no additional cost and operates using data already stored within each agency’s existing Alto account.

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, CEO, Alto, said: “Agencies are under pressure to do more with less, and the ones pulling ahead are the ones rethinking where their team’s time actually goes.

“Alto IQ is the answer to the question almost every agent asks: where do I focus today? We’ve built an analyst that sits inside Alto, works on your data, and gives you that answer in seconds.”

Iannucci-Dawson says the aim of Alto IQ is to close the gap between data and decision-making for agencies of every size.

“The barrier has never been whether agencies have useful data. It’s always been getting to it quickly enough to act on it. Alto IQ removes that barrier entirely. You ask a question, you get an answer, and you know what to do next. That’s the whole point,” he added.
