It certainly will not have cost the landlord too much in terms of marketing and make the likes of Purplebricks and eMoov look astronomically expensive in comparison.
The agent Visum truly and undeniably is a budget firm, charging from £99 for sales and from £47 for listing properties to let.
That latter sum includes listing on Zoopla but not Rightmove. Pay £51 and you get Rightmove, but not Zoopla, while £69 gets you both.
However, we note that photography costs an extra £85 plus VAT.
Did the owner of this property opt for that, we wonder?
