Zoopla reveals fresh sign-ups following acquisition

Zoopla has secured new and renewed partnerships with several major housebuilders, including Crest Nicholson, Cala Homes and Allison Homes, as it seeks to strengthen its position in the new homes market after the recent acquisition of newhomesforsale.co.uk.

Crest Nicholson has returned to the portal after a four-year absence and will list all of its developments on Zoopla. The housebuilder will also use Zoopla’s Home of the Week product to generate additional buyer enquiries across its schemes.

Allison Homes has also rejoined the portal, extending Zoopla’s reach among regional housebuilders operating across the East of England, East Midlands and South West.

The agreements come as Zoopla reports growing demand from developers for buyer leads, with the portal claiming that the volume of high-quality leads delivered to housebuilders has increased by 53% compared with 2025. The firm attributed the growth to improvements in the visibility of new homes listings and the introduction of features such as developer-specific search functionality.

Zoopla said that 62% of new homes listed on its platform achieve a sale within three months, a performance metric it believes is helping attract both returning and existing developer clients.

Alex Rose, commercial director at Zoopla, said: “Welcoming Crest Nicholson and Allison Homes back to Zoopla, alongside a renewal with Cala Homes, is a strong endorsement of the results we’re delivering for housebuilders. By consistently improving lead quality and conversion, we’re helping builders sell homes faster, and we’re committed to going further as their marketing partner for growth.”

“Zoopla are genuinely focused on new-homes lead quality and conversion, and their improvements to new-build visibility for consumers back that up,” said Julia Brass, group marketing director at Allison Homes Group.

Kim Pointon-Taylor, director of group marketing at Cala, added: “The extension of our partnership with Zoopla reflects the strong results we’ve seen from the platform in attracting the right buyers for our homes.”
