Zoopla has updated its agent branch profile pages, aiming to help estate agents generate more enquiries from potential buyers and sellers. The company says early testing shows a 49% increase in leads for agent partners, although details of the sample size have not been disclosed.
The property portal says the redesigned pages are intended to give agents more visibility beyond property listings and allow them to present information about their teams and services more clearly. The mobile-focused update is designed to make it easier for users to view agent details and make contact directly from the profile page.
New features include sections such as “Meet the Team” and “Opening Hours”, alongside a performance banner showing the number of properties listed, average asking prices and time on the market. Agents can update their details through their ZooplaPro accounts.
The changes also support Zoopla’s advertising products, including InSearch ads and property alerts, which link through to these profile pages.
Rich Hayes, chief operating officer at Zoopla, commented: “We’re constantly investing in product innovation that helps our agent partners see a stronger return from their investment with Zoopla. By improving how movers discover and contact agents, these upgraded branch pages help convert browsing into meaningful enquiries, ultimately driving more instructions and value for our customers.”
