Well-established agency ceases trading

A letting agency in Hertfordshire, which has been trading since the 1980s, has ceased trading and will soon be placed into creditor’s voluntary liquidation as the firm struggles to pay its debts. 

The directors of Pendley Estates, which has two offices in Hertfordshire, have asked partners at Buchler Phillips Group LLP to assist them with this process and notices will be sent to all known creditors shortly.

A notice on the company’s website states:

Pendley Estates (Kings Langley) Limited has ceased trading and will soon be placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation. The Directors have asked partners at Buchler Phillips Group LLP to assist them with this process and notices will be sent to all known creditors shortly.

  • Please request the Proof of Debt form from PendleyEstates@buchlerphillips.com.
  • Complete and email it to PendleyEstates@buchlerphillips.com together with backing invoices to prove your claim.
  • You will shortly receive details of the proposed Creditors Voluntary Liquidation process to be followed by the company and the likely timing of the liquidation.
