We are carrying out an upgrade this evening.
Because EYE is so popular and has grown so much more daily traffic, we need larger and faster servers.
So for a few hours from 6pm there may be some elements of the pages that are not available to use or view while the swap takes place from the old to the new servers.
Our IT team tell us that everything should be back to normal in time for the morning news email at 7am on Wednesday.
Fingers crossed – and in case something unexpected happens we’ll tweet to let you know.
