eXp UK, the network of personal estate agents, has announced that TV presenter Davina McCall will be one of two of the headline speakers set to take centre stage at its 2026 UK Conference, along with sales and marketing specialist Grant Leboff.

The event will take place on 16-17 June at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham, bringing together estate agents and industry professionals for two days of training, networking and business-focused sessions.

McCall will speak about career longevity, reinvention and adapting to change, drawing on her experience working in television and media over several decades.

Leboff, who specialises in sales, marketing and artificial intelligence, will focus on how AI is changing business operations and customer engagement, including its potential applications within estate agency.

The conference programme will also include sessions on business growth, technology, training and market trends as agencies continue to adapt to changing consumer expectations and increased competition.

The event comes as eXp UK continues to expand its network model for self-employed estate agents and agency businesses across the UK.

Adam Day, head of eXp UK and Europe, commented: “One of the biggest challenges within estate agency today is that the industry is evolving faster than ever before. Whether it’s consumer expectations, technology, AI or the way businesses are structured, agents who fail to adapt risk being left behind.

“That’s exactly why this year’s conference is focused so heavily on evolution, relevance and future growth. Davina McCall has remained at the top of her industry for decades because she has continually evolved alongside it, while Grant Leboff brings incredible insight into how AI is already transforming the way businesses operate across the world.

“The goal of the conference isn’t just motivation, it’s giving agents practical insight into where the industry is heading and how they can position themselves to thrive within it.”
