Well, in Australia, estate agency trainer Josh Phegan achieves such astonishing results that 60% of his clients earn over $600,000 a year (that’s £332,963 in our money).

Phegan has also achieved some good results in the UK, working with Romans estate agents. During a live 45-minute call-out session, 62 appointments were booked.

Phegan, who has been described as the world’s best estate agency trainer, will be back in the UK this month on June 27 to present his Prospective School – part of the Property Academy’s new negotiator CPD programme.
