Lettings platform Rentify has recruited three former Knight Frank members of staff.
They join Lucy Jones, also formerly of Knight Frank, who started with Rentify last August as director of agency.
The three newcomers are Giles Barrett, Mathew Hahn and Andrew Osborne.
Barrett, a former partner at Knight Frank in London, joins Rentify as sales director.
Hahn has also joined as sales director. He was also a partner at Knight Frank, running an office in south-west London.
Osborne, formerly a property manager with Knight Frank, joins as senior property manager.
Rentify founder George Spencer said: “These latest appointments bring a wealth of high street agency experience to Rentify.
“They complement the existing team of professionals, many of whom have left high profile senior roles within the industry, excited by the opportunity of disrupting an outdated rental model and driven by the idea that we can create a more compelling offering for landlords and tenants alike.
“Our unique combination of a technologically advanced management platform together with the ‘human’ element of genuine on-the-ground experience and knowledge of the rental market, means we are well positioned to deliver on this ambition.
“We now have an exceptionally strong team in place and look forward to growing the business further in 2020.”
Rentify, founded in 2012, offers landlords a fixed return with no arrears, voids or maintenance costs.
Its ambition is to build a management service for property investors, beginning in London and expanding globally in due course.
