The Property Franchise Group, one of the UK’s largest property franchises, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11am on Tuesday 15th June 2021.

TPFG’s ‘Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts’ states:

‘The Property Franchise Group PLC, the UK’s largest property franchisor, announces that the Group’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on 19 May 2022 at 2 St Stephen’s Court, Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6LA. 

‘A Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and the Notice of Meeting and a sample Form of Proxy can be found on the Company’s website at https://thepropertyfranchisegroup.co.uk/investors. Shareholders wishing to ask a question to be considered at that meeting are invited to send their questions by email to companysecretary@propertyfranchise.co.uk. The answers to all questions submitted, together with the voting results, will be published on the website after the meeting has finished.
