Martin & Co, part of The Property Franchise Group, has purchased Cornerstone Estates in Weymouth.

The acquisition adds another 233 properties to their growing business.

Philip Wakefield, director, acquired Martin & Co Weymouth in 2012 having previously working as a financial adviser.
