Fine & Country has introduced a new design for its ‘For Sale’ boards as part of a wider brand refresh marking the agency’s 25th anniversary.
The updated boards feature the company’s recently introduced logo and will be rolled out across its UK and international network.
The redesign has been developed with input from Fine & Country’s marketing and design teams alongside its National Advisory Council, with the aim of creating a more consistent visual identity across the brand.
Fine & Country said the new boards are intended to strengthen brand recognition and support agents competing for instructions in local markets.
To support the rollout, the company has partnered with First Signs and Labels and Kremer Signs, which will supply the new boards to agents. Kremer Signs will also provide a collection and recycling service for existing boards as part of the transition.
Emilie Despois, chief marketing officer at Fine & Country, said: “Our ‘For Sale’ boards are one of the most powerful expressions of our brand in the market. As we mark our 25th Anniversary, it was essential that this highly visible touchpoint reflects the quality, consistency and sophistication that define Fine & Country.
“This refresh is about more than design, it’s about strengthening our presence, supporting our agents in competitive markets, and ensuring every interaction with the brand reinforces our premium positioning. The result is a modern, confident identity that remains true to our heritage while setting us up for the future.”
