Shock as double decker bus crashes into estate agency – but ‘miracle’ no serious injuries

An investigation has been launched after a double decker bus crashed into the front of a high street estate agency.

Two people were taken to hospital, including the driver, but neither is thought to have had serious injuries.

Branch partner Kyle Clark, of Daniels Estate Agents in Kensal Rise, London, said: “It was a miracle no one was seriously injured.”

He said that the bus only just missed a young mother and her child. The area was busy at the time with parents and children returning from school.

He added that the area of the office where the bus crashed through is usually where staff meet with clients: “But at this time of year we always turn that part of our office over to use as an area for our annual food bank collection campaign.

“With that in mind we’re extremely thankful, as it could have been far worse.”

Work has been carried out to ensure business as usual, but more will have to be done between December 21 and January 2 when the branch is closed.

Transport for London is investigating.
