Acquisitive Romans Group has bought Atlantis Sales and Lettings in Reading, Berkshire.

The purchase is the third so far this year for Romans, which has a £12m finance facility to fund acquisitions.

Atlantis Sales and Lettings was founded as part of Atlantis Group, which will continue to operate its residential and commercial estate management services.

Romans has 23 branches across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey, and made it clear it remains on the acquisition train.

Peter Fuller, managing director of Romans Lettings, said: “We are ready and able to consider any acquisition opportunity and plan to accelerate our rate of growth this year and in the years to come.”
