Rightmove has teamed up with property industry commentator Silvia Eldawi to launch a podcast featuring estate and letting agency leaders from across the UK.
The new series, Golden Nuggets: Movers & Shakers, launches today (5 October) and will feature 40 episodes throughout October and November.
Ten agency leaders will share their experiences and discuss the challenges facing the industry. Topics will include winning instructions, sales progression, technology, artificial intelligence and customer service.
Guests represent businesses across London, the South West, Wales, Yorkshire and the East of England. Each episode will last approximately 15 minutes.
Eldawi, who has more than 20 years of experience in property, will host the series.
In addition, Rightmove will share selected content through its consumer-facing channels. Video clips, moving guides and email communications will feature advice from participating agents.

Christian Balshen, director of agent partnerships at Rightmove, said: “We’re proud to support a platform that makes it easier for agents to learn from one another, through experiences and insights being shared across the industry.”
He added: “We know time is one of the biggest challenges for busy agents, which is why podcasting is such a powerful format.”
Meanwhile, Eldawi said the series would focus on the practical lessons agency leaders have learned throughout their careers.
“I’ve spent more than two decades in property, and one thing I’ve learned is that some of the best stories and smartest lessons in this industry sit with the people who’ve actually lived them.
“Golden Nuggets is about getting those people talking; what worked, what didn’t, what they’d do differently, and the lessons that are often gatekept.”

The podcast also forms part of Rightmove’s wider programme of industry webinars, events and professional development initiatives.
Golden Nuggets: Movers & Shakers will be available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. New episodes will be released every weekday throughout October and November.
