Portal launches service aimed at allowing estate agents to ‘increase’ revenue

OneDome has launched a new service called Lead Exchange, designed to allow estate agents using the property portal’ platform to introduce their prospective clients to home moving services of their choice, such as mortgage advice, conveyancing, chain repair or part exchange service.

Once the lead is generated, the system automatically contacts the customer, tracks their progress, and nurtures them till the lead is converted into a paying client.

Customers will also be able to login to an estate agency branded platform and access to all required home moving services in one place.

Estate agents can manage their referral network and relationships online and see how many leads are introduced to each partner. They can also see the success rate and the expected revenue per client, per service and per partner and can create leader boards based on the performance of individual negotiators.

Lead Exchange can also be used to introduce estate agent’s customers to OneDome’s flagship HomeBuying Service and earn up to £500 per instruction.

The HomeBuyer Service aims to offer consumers a cheaper way to purchase a property by bundling together mortgage advice and legal services into one product at one fixed price of £999 (Inc. VAT).

Babek Ismayil, founder and CEO of OneDome, said: “As a property portal, we set ourselves the goal of fixing the homebuying process through making it simpler and faster for home buyers, while also allowing estate agents to increase the revenue they earn per transaction by 15-20%.

“Lead Exchange is a huge step forward in achieving this goal. Estate agents can now offer their clients a unique, agency branded one-stop-shop homebuying and selling experience.”
