New analysis of over 1,700 businesses has revealed that those in the real estate sector have seen one of the biggest rises in sick leave over the past year.
The Sick Leave Report 2024, conducted by HR systems specialist Access PeopleHR, part of the Access Group, revealed that the average UK business reported 128 days of sick leave in 2023 – up 6% compared to 120 in 2022, and up 55% since 2019.
Overall, the number of sick leave days taken in the real estate sector have soared by 67% in the past year, from 57 days of sick leave in 2022 to 95 in 2023.
This rise in absence could be partially down to an increase in face-to-face contact between real estate agents and customers, as more viewings in 2021 and 2022 were virtual as a precaution for the pandemic; while real estate agents may still offer virtual tours, these measures have eased with in-person viewings returning as a more popular choice.
The industry has also seen sickness leave skyrocket over the last four years, with a growth in absence of 98 percent since 2019.
The research suggests that those who are more customer-facing, and less office-based are likely to report the biggest growth in sickness absence, since they are less likely to rely on the ability to work remotely.
However, increased absence could also be a cause of deeper issues such as burnout, stress or a general rise in sickness, either industrially, or on an individual or company-by-company basis. This could be partly due to employees in the UK not using all their annual leave entitlement, with days of holiday taken dropping by 7.6% from 2022-2023, increasing the likelihood of burnout, stress, and sick leave taken as a result.
The industries that saw the biggest spike in sick leave in the last year were real estate activities (a 67% rise), recruitment (16%), and arts, entertainment and recreation (13%.
Administrative and support services have seen the biggest drop in sick leave over the last year – down by 76 percent.
Charles Butterworth, MD of the people division at The Access Group, commented: “This new report into the status of sick leave in the UK highlights the importance of a robust HR strategy for businesses when it comes to reducing sick leave. This could involve having clear policies and procedures, offering tangible support to those that appear to be taking excessive sick days and implementing a HR system to provide better absence management.
“This growth of sick leave in the real estate industry could be due to a number of factors, such as experiencing more burnout and long-term sickness since the increased return to office based work in 2023, with the most common industries reporting growths in sick leave being less likely to work remotely – namely those in the arts, real estate and retail industries.”
“Although, a lack of exposure to illness during lockdown and periods of remote working could also be the reason for more people getting sick in 2023 compared to pre-pandemic levels. Regardless, it’s crucial that businesses are monitoring sick leave using HR software to identify recurring problems, take action and determine whether an attendance review is necessary.”
The most worrying reason is of course the unspoken one ……..the Covid experimental injection .

Oh goodness me !Where should I start !? Ok …….and please forgive me those who become infuriated as I am one of the smallish percentage of the population who stands for human freedom, thinks and reads critically from both sides and formulate conclusions which determine how ones own life is led.
First and foremost though is that we have no genuine legitimate government …….ie a group of individuals who the populace has voted in to look after their best interests. It matters not as Andrew Bridgen (expelled from the “Conservative party for voicing evidential concerns concerning the experimental covid injection) whether these parties are red , blue or orange. They are all very lowly footsoldier order taking minions . Their orders come from on high………those that really control the world ……….who have been striving for and working towards One World Government and the New World Order. There is debate as to who the ruling entities are as the most powerful will most likely be hidden. However all monarchies, those groups, entities , corporations , NGO’s that gather at Davos each year and of course the obvious candidates such as the Rockefellers, Rothschilds……all central bankers and banks which just like the Federal reserve are all privately owned .
Currently the drive for one world government is pushed through the private companies they have set up ……which to the disinterested and ill informed appear genuine and elected organisations set up for the good of humanity……..the primary of these are
The United Nations ……..main driver for making all humans believe they are responsible for damaging the climate and to therefore sacrifice themselves at the altar of climate change . The UN have 17 sustainable goals which appear to be for the good ………however it really is a power grab of all land , sea and sky and human life …….hence the drive to “net zero”, smart city living and the surveillance and control that will come with it . Ultimately the UN will drive the carbon credits we as “useless eaters ” will be allowed each week or month. If we go beyond this we will not be able to access our one world government account (CBDC now being formulated from the Bank of International Settlements in Basel). They control all central bank modelling . The BIS is a sovereign state along with the Vatican and City of London(wherein lies the wealth of the British Empire , still controlled by the House of Guelph or as we are told to refer to them ….the House of Windsor. Cash has to be banished for the CBDC to be initiated and that is why banks are closing their doors and people are being encouraged to ( for their convenience and safety !!!!) use digital banking . The WHO. The world health organisation has absolutely no interest in your health………it’s interest is solely control. Control of all decisions relating to ” health ” of the 194 countries signed up to it. This has been referred to by many ( see Dr. David Martin in particular )as a criminal organisation which is beyond all law , all taxation and is simply an unelected law unto itself. It was set up in 1947 by the Rockefellers and the Welcome Trust. This is an incredibly dangerous outfit to the freedom of humanity and particularly at this moment as by May 27th they are pushing for their biggest power grab which is centred around what is called the Pandemic Treaty and amendments to international health regulations . If the WHO is successful on May 27th they will gain control of all decision making regarding the health and decision making of our and 193 other countries. That means that even the sniff of a virus of interest would enable them to order the puppet government to lock us down once again, forced mask wearing and mandatory injections ……..the contents of which will be a mystery to us but certainly not anything to do with our health. This will lead to digital ID, (Tony Blair will have succeeded a decade on)”vaccine” passports and very severe curtailment to our freedom as humans . Allied to this is the AI determination of health. The WEF. The World Economic Forum set up in 1971 ish by Klaus Schwab is the direct driver of the New World Order, the Great Reset and the fourth Industrial revolution. They are primarily responsible for parachuting graduates of their 6 year intensive course the Global Leaders Programme into ” Government”. Gates and Merkel were amongst the first graduates , Putin was one and so was Zelensky. And then we lead onto covid . Too much here to write about . Some pointers which could be annoying for those who are still in the world that was ie thinking that authorities care for us and have our interests at heart. Apologies if you are upset and mortally offended.
Tony Benn , Goebells and certainly those that now run the world know ( the latter through their massive investment in Behavioural Science) all knew and stated that if you want to shut down society then inject fear. The threat of a pandemic which would kill millions of course would do that. This prediction came from computer modelling from Ferguson who had got his numbers wrong before ……swine flu, bird flu. But no the computer is right ! There is only one science …….no longer can it be debated………. which should be the whole essence of science. Remember the whole thing (covid pandemic) had been trialled by John Hopkins University a year before with the usual culprits present …..Welcome Trust, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many more ……see for yourselves ……look up event 201.
So covid was based upon a PCR test invented by Kerry Mullis…..he won the Nobel Prize for it. He categorically stated his test was not relevant to covid 19. If used, the cells should not be amplified more than 24 cycles . The NHS amplified at approx 48 cycle . Mullis said that if amplified to that degree anything could test positive . Don’t forget orders move to government and then to health service, education establishment , councils and all the way down to fearful net curtain twitching locked down useless eaters who lap up what mainstream media ( owned by the same ruling families) tell them.
So numbers up….of covid19. Also remember that line ……death if within 28 days of a POSITIVE pcr test.
Numbers were also driven up by the dreadful and very sad care home incident. Hancock is on record saying that they had enough drivers at the same time as the government ordered more midazolam than ever before . That midazolam was used up in that same period of the multifarious deaths of these poor old people in care homes . There were no autopsies done and not one GP entered these premises and yet every death was marked down as COVID.
Many end of life deaths occur through pneumonia. One effective treatment for this is antibiotics. These were held back by hospitals and therefore many more people died of it and yet again their cause of death was COVID.
No one is denying there was a corona virus making people feel poorly ……do your own research on Fauci, Darpa, the Cia , the Wuhan lab and gain of function……but it certainly was not a pandemic.
Moving to the injection …….not a vaccine under any past definition of a vaccine . People were told it would stay in the deltoid like vaccinations . It did not . It has been shown to run havoc ( the spike protein, enwrapped with lipid nano particles for more efficient travel through the body) The spike protein enters every cell. What it does there is still being debated but it has nothing to do with your health. It also seems to be lodging in the reproductive organs as well as hearts and brains. The injection, one was assured, would stop one catching covid 19 or passing it on . That was shown to be a lie . Government yellow card shows that this injection has caused more maiming and death than all other vaccinations in history put together. Excess deaths are at an all time high. All reasons are expounded except the obvious statistic showing that these deaths rise in lockstep with the injection rollout. Oh yes sorry age . Many young people under 30 appear to be struggling with turbo cancers and also young men stricken with myocarditis , pericarditis and heart problems . I don’t subscribe to conspiracy theories, but after suffering with covid really badly in March 2020, I duly had all my subsequent vaccinations, and when I caught covid again 18 months ago, it was just a sniffle. However, I’ve suffered from long covid ever since and had to stop work. My breathing is still impaired, and latterly I’m more tired than I used to be. Maybe, my age and now being retired has something to do with it!

I’m sorry to hear that for sure. Long covid is of course blamed on the virus but when you listen to the banished doctors and scientists it appears to be damage from the contents of the injection. Every time you allow this experimental substance into your body which is most certainly not safe and effective you potentially destroy your immune system …..leaving it vulnerable to all sorts of disease.
