Private property network Oskar has rebranded as Oskar Prime after the value of listings shared through the platform reached almost £4bn.
The network, which allows estate agents, buying agents and brokers to privately share property listings and retained searches above £2m, currently has £3.97bn of homes listed and £3.12bn of active buyer searches.
Launched in early 2024 by former buying agent Caspar Harvard-Walls, the platform has grown to 479 agents representing 229 companies.
Initially focused largely on prime central London, the network is now increasingly used across the prime and super-prime residential markets, the company said.
The rebrand is intended to reflect that shift, while the platform will continue to provide a private environment for agents to share listings and buyer requirements, including properties that are not being marketed publicly.
Harvard-Walls said: “The rebrand is a natural progression for the business. When we launched Oskar just over two years ago, the priority was to build something genuinely useful for agents and to prove there was demand for a more private and collaborative way of sharing property and buyer requirements.
“To now have 479 agents across 229 companies, almost £4bn of property listed and more than £3.1bn of active searches is a significant milestone for us.”
He added: “Prime property has always relied heavily on relationships. Some of the best properties never reach the open market and, equally, agents will often know of serious buyers whose requirements aren’t publicly visible.
“Oskar Prime takes that traditional agent-to-agent network and gives it a secure digital home.”
Membership of Oskar Prime remains free and is open to estate agents, buying agents and brokers.
