Olivia Boulting joins Strettons from Auction House UK

Strettons has appointed Olivia Boulting as a director and auctioneer as it looks to grow its property auctions business.
Boulting joins the London-based firm from Auction House UK, where she was regional manager and auctioneer for southern UK territories, leading a team across Bristol, Devon and Cornwall.
She has more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry spanning estate agency and auctions, covering residential and commercial property and land.
In the newly created role, Boulting will focus on developing Strettons’ auction department alongside client management and auctioneering.
She also sits on the advisory board of Propertymark’s NAVA and chairs the Plymouth Area Property Professionals Association.
Andrew Brown, director and auctioneer at Strettons, said: “Olivia is one of the most recognisable auctioneers in the business and we are delighted she has chosen to join us.
“That combination of rostrum experience and profile is exactly what we want as we continue to grow the department.”
Boulting, who has relocated from the South West for the role, said: “Strettons is one of the best-known auctioneers in the country with a catalogue that runs from London investments through to lots the length of the UK, so the chance to be part of that was one I did not want to miss.”
