PropTech firm myMoveToday has launched an AI-powered conveyancing and deal management platform.

It says it’s built specifically to eliminate ‘pipeline friction’ and cut deal closing times, offering agents real-time chain visibility and automated document tracking. The firm adds that it connects the three core sales transaction stakeholders—estate agents, conveyancing solicitors, and mortgage brokers – inside a single digital workspace.

It’s also integrated with CRMs including Reapit, Alto, Jupix, Vebra, MRI Software, Propertybase, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Zoho CRM.

“Estate agents spend countless hours chasing updates and managing nervous buyers because property conveyancing has historically been a black box,” says chief executive Steve Wanless.

“By bringing conveyancers, brokers, and agents into one collaborative AI workspace, we eliminate friction, drastically reduce transaction drop-out rates, and help agents turn pipeline into revenue faster.”

The company claims that early partners in London have reported what it describes as “significant reductions in deal closing timelines during pilot testing.”
