Oh never mind. Here is proof, as if it were needed, that mirrors have been the downfall of many an agent.

Meanwhile, agents are obviously getting younger these days.

Here is one who is on what looks like an active viewing of a flat available to rent.

Finally, here’s proof that fingers can slip when it comes to the price tag. It’s a nice four-bed house (see our screen grab) but perhaps not worth a few bob short of £3m.

In this case, those hasty figures typed in an extra “1”– who would have thought it could make so much difference?

It has now been corrected, as agents say, to a more sustainable £294,995.
