A cash-strapped EYE was delighted to discover this splendid looking house on eMoov’s Twitter account at the weekend.
It looks everything that a home buyer with a limited budget but big aspirations could ever hope for.
We clicked on the link – which sadly seems to tell a very different story.
Two bedrooms in Leeds or Scunthorpe, or a three-bed semi in Worksop, yes.
But substantial dream home, ideal for first-time buyer with large family, apparently no.

And talking of money, eMoov has launched a new attack on high street agents, saying that their fees are “lining the pockets of their designer suits” and that they are “cashing in big time” by charging a “stifling amount of money”.
The firm says that in London last year, the average fee was £8,460, with vendors paying a total amount of £861.5m. Had they sold through eMoov, it claims vendors would have saved £796.7m.
