Here is Picture of the Week number two – and another that suddenly bunked off Rightmove just as we got a whiff of it.
Advertised by online agent HouseSimple for just £50,000 – it’s a farm.
But obviously not the sort with cows and combine harvesters.
Instead, as some of the pictures show, it’s a former cannabis operation.
Indeed, you can still see dozens of black plastic pots, wiring, heat lamps and ventilation pipes.
The advert says the four-bedroom home has “original features” – we don’t think these include the installations – but does concede it needs full cleaning.
Apparently over 1,200 plants were found by police at a property in the same Wellington Place, Halifax, last December.
So, put that in your pipe and smoke it!
Alternatively, give it a hash tag #

You’ve got to question the quality of the photos.
Whoever took them seems like a real dope.
No good in a ‘busy’ property taking low-level shots – clearly the rooms would have looked less cluttered if they were taken high.
Externally – surprised to see it in Victorian brick – a lot of similar properties are stoned.
Also, the low-level pictures make it impossible to see the condition of the slating – whoever buys it might need a reefer to have a look at that lid.
All in all looks like the snapper did a hurried job – must’ve been gagging for munchies…
Scrapping the barrel a bit there aren’t you PeeBee? Perhaps we could’ve collaborated on a joint effort……..
Looks like they’ve really made a hash of their marketing!
Sadly typical of many agents these days, a tick box exercise of taking a photo of every room, regardless. Any sensible agent wouldn’t have taken internal photos and if they had wouldn’t have uploaded them to their details or the web. I thought our job was to promote a property in the best light possible?
