Picture of the Week – and there is no mistaking who the agent is when it comes to this particular property.
Could it be that Martin Co has just opened its latest office in a semi?
Or is this the perfect branding on every property it markets?
On the other hand, it could just be that the watermark has popped up in a strange place.

Part of me thinks that is brilliant but on the other hand the simpler sections of jo public will think it is Martin & Cos office for sale.

Makes the house look like a shop – I’d be proper tee’d off if I were the vendor.

Rightmove phone me up and tell me to get rid of watermarks and logos on pictures!

Rightmove will probably send these a letter (they no longer worry about calls or reps) saying they’re going to charge them £ 2500 per month as it’s another office.

The blissful irony of Martin and Co. watermarking terrible photos, probably to prevent other agents stealing them.
