Picture of the Week – and it’s a picture of confusion.

At first glance, we were going to deliver a little homily on how to remove previous boards when sticking up a new one.

But look a little closer: the board that’s been unceremoniously dumped is a lettings sign for My Estates. The Purplebricks board is a For Sale sign.

Both boards seemingly relate to the property next door on the right, but have somehow appeared in the picture marketing the property on the left.

But the property’s actually being marketed for sale by Connells.

Furthermore, it has been on Rightmove since April 1.

It seems a bit foolish not to have revisited this particular listing since.

After all, someone’s gone over-board.

But the actual selling agent seems to have given the purple one a free photo opportunity. Oops!

However, we see that the picture has been cropped on Rightmove and the boards have vanished!
