Add £10k onto the price, then suggest a £10k discount… Del Boy springs to mind.
I’d start with taking some decent pictures with a decent camera as these look like iphone pics… …AND then a description that has been proof read and uses all ten bullet points!!!
They’re obviously so desperate that they’ve taken the ‘p’ out of property, but I guess that’s what this bloody brexit nonsense is doing to most things.
