It has just two bedrooms and is in a retirement block of homes.
And, since it is in the pleasant village of Crowthorne, Berkshire, it has quite a lot going for it.
Broadmoor might be just up the road, but on the other hand, so is Wellington College.
But at this price?
On second thoughts, don’t worry about the link. The price has been corrected! Perhaps they just needed our Eye on it.
It probably needed that price reduction as the photo is a Summer one…..To me it is a real sign of poor agency when the agent is too lazy to update/refresh photos regularly, on property they struggle to sell.

I love the cliche description “set in this sought after …” and the property is accessed through “its own private entrance front door” …what as opposed to not having one or going through someone else’s?!
