Move iQ, the consumer-facing property service led by Phil Spencer, has teamed up with Canopy, the digital rental ecosystem.

Spencer and Move iQ are working with Canopy and together they’ve created a series of educational videos and articles on a wide range of topics, such as how to be a good tenant; managing a household budget when renting; the importance of building a credit score by simply paying rent on time; paying a deposit versus taking out deposit insurance.
