Property software providers Reapit and JET have teamed up with Agents Giving to spread some Christmas cheer across the industry by running a Carolthon.
Agents and industry suppliers are all invited to enter the competition by filming their team singing a carol or Christmas anthem.
The winning entry will receive £500 to donate to a charity of their choice.
The categories that the judges will be scoring on are: quality of singing, festive outfits, office decorations and general awesomeness.
Last year there was an eclectic mix of entries including from Manning Stainton, JP Gardener & Associates, Armistead Barnet, eventual winners Cushman & Wakefield with Sherry FitzGerald, and Howard Cundy.
The closing date for entries is next Wednesday, December 20.
