Norfolk estate agent opens new office

An estate agency in Norfolk has opened a new branch in the town as part of wider expansion plans.

Nick Bird, of Bailey Bird & Warren, has opened a new branch along Station Road in Wells, to, he says, meet high demand for properties in the local area.

Bird, who runs a branch in Fakenham, sold three homes in Wells last year, and wants to build on this success.

“There is still strong demand from buyers from London and the more built-up areas of the country, who want to come to our beautiful part of the world,” he told the press.

Bird is currently looking to recruit a full-time negotiator to work in the new office. Those of you interested in the role should apply via baileybirdandwarren@mail.com.
